Work-Life Balance

Improving work-life satisfaction is key to improving your work-life balance. Work Life balance coaching helps you stay solution-focused to help you increase satisfaction and decrease frustration until you reach balance.

The coaching process provides a supportive and objective relationship that invites you to take stock and make decisions informed by your personal values, personal strengths (not someone else's) to get the results you want. Change management coaching is a strategic and gradual step by step process that invigorates, inspires and empowers.

Work Life Balance coaching is for anyone who feels:
  • Dissatisfied with their situation and ready to change

  • Overwhelmed by time constraints and too much to do

  • Frustrated or unfulfilled professionally and/or personally

  • Alienated, anxious and stressed at their work

  • Experiencing personal and/or professional relationship challenges

  • Wanting to reinvent themselves and write a whole new script

How it Works

12 sessions completed within 4 months.

Sessions are conducted by phone or face-to-face (Toronto)

Investment: $400/month; $1,500 in advance.

Complementary follow-up session.
