Therapeutic Touch WorkshopsTherapeutic Touch is taught in three levels, following the curriculum of the Therapeutic Touch Network (Ontario) with a focus on experiential learning and an approach that balances theory and practise. LEVEL I
In a Level 1 workshop, participants learn the form called Therapeutic Touch and its various applications. They will have the opportunity to practice giving and receiving a Therapeutic Touch session with supervision and feedback, learn about how it developed and leading-edge scientific research that supports its use.
At the end of the 8 hour workshop, participants will have the confidence to begin to practise Therapeutic Touch on family members, co-workers, patients and students, and themselves and apply the principles they learned to improve their personal coping skills.
Registrants receive a Level One Workbook and a Certificate of Participation, upon completing the Workshop
Level One LEVELS 2 and 3
In Levels 2 and 3, participants deepen their knowledge and their practise of Therapeutic Touch, gaining an understanding of the human energy system and learning methods and techniques to enhance their ability to use Therapeutic Touch effectively.
Workshop content covers information on recent healing research, specific techniques for pain and anxiety relief, experiential learning exploring the nature and inter-relationships of human energy fields, how to use imagery, colour and sound, breathing, centering and techniques to enhance the healing process. Participants experience Therapeutic Touch both as provider and receiver.

Scientific research and experience show Therapeutic Touch as developed by Krieger-Kunz to be effective in:
Therapeutic Touch has proven to be safe and helpful in the treatment of a variety of conditions from headaches, burns, PMS, bone fractures, asthma, reproductive problems, cancer, AIDS and many more.
