It’s impossible to change your beliefs without knowing what they are. The process of Self discovery and Self acceptance, life coaching facilitates is central to the development of Self knowledge.

As we learn to tune-in to our Selves, we may discover our internal environment far from tranquil and serene. We may discover our Self, ungrounded, uncentered, and impacted by internal or external life or workplace stressors, leaving us incapable of managing, at first.

Examining our behaviour as an expression of our core values helps us develop Self awareness. As we become Self aware, we may discover discrepancies between values and action creating opportunities for conscious choice.

Those moments where we’ve made Conscious Choice are moments that we were fully aware, operating in the NOW. By stopping and acknowledging our Selves we facilitate the process of Self acceptance, critical to developing our ability to act and speak from our centre – live and be our authentic Self.


What We Focus On Grows

Once we have discovered our Self - our point of centre, we can return to it at will; at One with our Selves, we just ARE, trust IS and we experience anchored Self-expansion, key to resilience.

Mindfulness practice and breathing techniques can assist us in stabilizing our inner Being.


The Actualized Self

The ability to be honest with ourselves and others is limited by our capacity to face, accept and embrace our Selves fully. Deep and profound Self acceptance is key to building our capacity for honesty. Through the coaching experience the client develops Self awareness through a process of Self discovery – manifesting a more expansive, dynamic, authentic and purposeful Self, awake and attentive to the NOW… aligned and in-step acting in harmony – you manifest your Self…and are seen to be ”walking your talk”.

The sense of developing Self awareness – may be experienced as connecting to Heart or Soul and creating a growing sense of peace and fulfillment. The coaching process can help you find the way or deepen your connection.

Making Peace with Yourself

There’s an inherent tension between the personality (our social self) and our authentic Self – this tension is a measure of our self esteem - how we feel about ourselves. As we learn to accept our Selves more fully, the authentic Self grows and the internal tension diminishes – the energy we formerly expended, maintaining the personality structures and servicing the inner tension can now be directed toward our external environment – to help us achieve our

goals.
