Workplaces, where personality conflicts, lack of clear performance expectations, conflicting agendas and poor communications result in difficult environments, can present significant challenges to career advancement that a coach can help you navigate. Whether you are experiencing resistance, conflict, alienation, or feeling challenged by political maneuvering and other compromising situations, coaching will help you reclaim your power, affirm your strengths, set your terms, develop your navigating skills and enhance your performance. The question we start with is, What do you want?

How it Works
A four-session one-on-one Advance your Career coaching package includes a discovery session and three follow-up sessions. You get clear on your context, identify your strengths, challenges and blind spots. You learn about your unique style, cultural fit requirements and develop a strategic career action plan. Initial Investment: 4 sessions $600. (Sessions are 60 minutes in length, conducted by phone or in person). Ongoing career coaching, to support you in achieving your career objectives, may be scheduled weekly or biweekly over a period of 3 to 12 months and is delivered over the phone or in person. On-Call coaching is available by phone or email, as needed, throughout the coaching program. Deliverables-based; Unlimited support. Investment:$300 month for a period of a year. 20% saving if paid in advance.
