Heebah's Coaching Story

I started coaching with Julia to become more aware of myself, more focused and to open a successful business. I expected that I would have guidance and someone to talk to and perhaps be able to put things into some perspective so that I can see my way more clearly.

Julia gave me unbelievable support – her approach was firm and methodical. She helped me step out of my box and showed me how to break things down into steps. I was the one who had the answers – she allowed me to refine the answers within myself and gave me the tools to help myself.

I realized that I was beating myself up – I was the one causing myself to stress out about things because the expectations I had for myself were too high in the circumstances. Julia helped me realize that there was no reason for me to be so hard on myself because there was another way - an effective money and time-friendly way as well.

Now, after just seven coaching sessions, I have learned what questions to ask myself when formulating strategies in my business and I now know how to step out of my own little thinking box. I am still learning how to break things down and am definitely on the right track thanks to my coach.

Thank you Julia for helping me keep my head above water. I don’t feel suffocated anymore. The entire coaching process has provided me with the exact revelation I needed to get me unstuck and moving forward -

There is a strategy to absolutely everything that I perform and it is a good thing. Strategy is something that keeps me grounded and balanced. I need it especially for the success of my business.
